The displayed price is communicated VAT included and involves :

• The tour guide services.

• The tour guide's lunch and beverage along his transport costs.

The tour guide service involves :

​

• Welcome at your hotel lobby in the beginning of the day

• The possibility to escort you back at your hotel at the end of the day

• Visiting Tokyo and its surroundings

• Advices regarding the museums, restaurants, bars, outings and tours

• Accomodations assistance

• Taking pictures

• Shopping assistance

• Train purchase assistance

• plan museums visits, shows, sumo, concerts, baseball match (asking in advance)

• An availibility by phone until 8pm in case of losing yourself

Tokyo Trip declines all responsibility and no prepaid amount will be refunded in the case of an incident of force majeure preventing Tokyo Trip from delivering its commitments such as:

• Absence for any reason of the client

• Accident occurred to the client preventing him from moving

• Intentional violence by the customer towards third parties during the trip

• Arrest of the client for non-compliance with Japanese law

 

Tokyo Trip also declines all responsibility in the event of force majeure such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, typhoons, severe weather making travel impossible or problems related to the airline, making the visit impossible.

Payment method :

​

For bookings via a travel agency, it is the latter who will claim the amount due from Tokyo Trip when booking. In agreement with the agency, they will credit Tokyo Trip at least 5 days before the execution of the tour.

 

For any booking via the Tokyotripweb.com website, you will be asked to pay the full amount due to Tokyo Trip's account at least 5 days before the execution of the tour.

Tokyo trip sends, in any case and upon receipt of funds, a contract detailing the services included in the agreement.

Cancellation policy :​

-One month before : 100% costs

-2 months before : 50% costs
